White Tea

White Tea originated in a small area north of the Min River in China.  White Tea is a group of semi-oxidized teas that can only be made according to a unique withering process.  White teas are not fired or rolled and are the least processed of all the types of tea.  White Teas are very low in caffeine and contain high concentrations of antioxidant polyphenols and L-Theanine Amino Acid.

Organic Green Tea Mint

Blend of slow roasted green tea and a select grade of aromatic peppermint.  Its flavor is mellow and toasty with the distinctive aroma of chocolate mint cookies and roasted buckwheat.

Black Tea

Black Teas have a reddish and coppery leaf as well as infusion color.  This is due to the degree of oxidation and the fact that firing is not carried out until the leaf color has oxidized to the desired color.  Fresh tealeaves contain a high content of polyphenols.  These are also the famous antioxidants in tea that make all the medical headlines.
